I assume you are talking about the bridge over from Mackinac City near Mackinac Island to St. Ignace. We crossed four or five years ago and didn't think anything about it. Not sure what you mean about sides?? It is what would I consider to be a "normal" type bridge but high. High winds maybe a problem as it could be with any similar bridge.
