It’s been my experience that if a dealer sells Montana they do not sell Alpine, and vice versa. We were looking for a new 2018 5th wheel and liked the Alpine 3501 at a dealer in Longs SC. They did not sell Montana. However they had a dealership in VA that sold Montana. Montana had a very similar floor plan to the Alpine. The bathroom layout was better but we liked The Alpine living room better. Since we hopefully would be spending more time in the living room than the bath room, we bought the Alpine. Both were the same price. The Montana included slide toppers but the Alpine dealer put them on for no extra charge. Other than that I couldn’t see any difference. I have a feeling both models are built at the same factory and basically the difference is cosmetics. Oh the Alpine had a fiberglass rear cap that I liked better than the Montana.
