MidMOTraveler says it best. I use to be envious of fellow campers with a basement full of tools and replacement parts for everything. Then I got to thinking what a ton of weight to haul and dollars tied up for something I might need but probably won't. We try and carry enough basic tools for emergency repairs and if something more is needed we just go buy it.
