Finished installing UHMW strips on both sides. Mine has rollers. I could not raise the slide up enough to get the strips underneath the rollers, so beveled a slope at 25 degrees. Slide works, but it is toooo much of a bump to sustain to get the roller to get on the UHMW strips. The gears in the motor will not survive this long. Bad thing is that I glued and screwed my strips, so removing them now is out of the question. I’m going to remove the rollers to expose the sloped edge and sand or grind a more gradual slope. When I jacked my slide up 2 inches, seem like the roller still had a lot of pressure on it. I wish I knew who makes my slide or how to find replacement rollers, if needed. Mine is the electric cable slide. TIA.
