We have two e-bikes from Aostirmotor. Would not recommend the brand for their lack of customer service. That being said, I've learned a lot about repairing my own bike. We store one on a heavy duty fat tire bike rack on the back hitch of the camper, and the other disassembled in the pass through storage. On the hitch we also strap the bike to the ladder while on the rack to minimize wobble, and use one of those hitch anti-rattle/wobble u-joints. 11 states and no oopsies yet. I use one as my "daily driver" when my wife has the truck as well as for fun adventures.
