This floor plan is definitely not for us!!!
If you want the kitchen to have a basement feel. Up....to the LR...down to go to bathroom ....or outside or eat. And then up again for the potty run.....then down to floor, then up....again...to "den", Man Cave... Whatever name you wish to call it. Must have working legs, hips, knees and feet to get around in this floor plan.
For a short person (as myself....) the cook cannot see the tv from the kitchen.
Finishes were nice. Floor plans left a lot of things to be desired. Definitely no functionality for this Montana owner.
We will keep ours and improve as we see fit.
. Hopefully MCD shades will be the beginning. FYI ..... No SS dishwasher/refrigerator for us needed!!!
