There can be so many reasons for a leak and it's good you are being cautious since you've "been there, done that". Bad seal, folded seals, bad fit, out of adjustment slide, and the list goes on. The Big Horn didn't have the problem?
I love a salesman that keeps throwing rigs at you to make the sale instead of finding out what's wrong, especially since you know Montanas are better than that.
