Only if the battery is completely unplugged, Mike. There are drains (remote board, and several others) that will drain a battery unless it is unplugged completely from the system. I do agree that the preferable way is to simply unhook the battery from the rig completely. I have an isolation switch installed in addition to the convenience center switch that allows me to do just that when the rig is in storage.
