Electric Fireplace "isn't"
2018 3701 LK Our electric fireplace runs sporadically. Sometime just fine, others, no matter the setting, no heat output
"If" I understand, setting on HH ( high heat) , and temperature set above room temp, the fan should put out heat ...sometimes yes, others no heat whatsoever
Ideas, solutions, or any help is appreciated
