On my trailer, the wet bolts that are used in the spring hangers that are welded to the trailer frame are shorter than the wet bolts that are used in the equalizer brackets. You may have to let the brain trust here know which bolts are not taking the grease.
First try to grease it with the weight removed from the wet bolt by lifting the wheels off the ground using the level up jacks.
