Of course, on the other hand, you wouldn't have to worry about your tires being too close to capacity...or maybe exploding because they are not really suited for the weight they carry.... From some of the posts I have seen, it would seem that MANY people are not getting 5-7 years out of their Marathons (and now we are starting to hear of trouble with the G614s), so I would imagine factoring short life span of the Marathons (and G614s ??), you may be ahead buying something like the J rated tires... I do not know; however, it sure would be nice to travel without worrying about tires.
