I had a stacking set of washer and dryer when I purchased my 5er. BUT, I don't full time so it wasn't needed. Still wanted to be able to do a quick load now and then should I need to but when away I'll use a laundromat for the sake of using multiple washers and dryers at the same time and being done in an hour instead of taking all afternoon. So I sold them, bought a Splendide washer/dryer combo and built shelves over the top turning the top half (where the dryer had been) into my linen shelves.
