I'm thinking (not to fast) about adding the bigger dam to my 'o6.
I've read the same, that it will improve mileage a bit by reducing air drag on the underbody.
I expect it should help cooling since it will force more air over the top and to the sides. That should create a deeper low pressure area beneath the truck, forcing more air through the radiator/coolers.
I'll find out.
