We have found another use for the awning hook. We use ours to straighten out the slideout rubber seals when they curl under instead of laying flat as they are intended for a good seal. If any of you decide to do this also, just be careful that there isn't a sharp edge on the hook that will cut the seal. We have found ours to be very helpful in this endeavor. Just go's to show you that some tools have many purposes.
