When you get ready to sell, consider Facebook Marketplace. I listed mine on Wednesday. Got 2 inquiries Thursday. 3 more Friday. 2 more Saturday. By Tuesday it hit a total of 20 before I could post it as sale completed.

First person to inquire on Thursday came to look on Friday and said they would take it. Met them at their bank today, bank issued a cashier check, and it is gone. Actually I delivered it as they didn’t have a truck and they had a site in an RV park 5 miles away.
