Life long FL resident here. Your biggest problem if parking on our "rich, loamy soil", (AKA SAND!!!) will be ants. Get the best insecticide you can find (I use some professional grade stuff called Deamon) and spray the devil out of the wheels and landing gear as high up as you can. You MIGHT get away with that. Better still to have someone like Mom go out and spray again every week. After a year of fighting the little buggers we put our rig under cover on a concrete pad, and still spray.
