I don't think I would want to find out and agree with Ozz, that it is time to move now. Depending on what happens upstream, flash flooding can occur downstream in matters of minutes, picture a wall of water coming down a confined location. I would hate to think of bearings, brakes, etc. etc. if they were submerged. My rule of thumb is simple, if water gets to the tires, we are out of there.
