We have a 2001 GMC 2500HD Longbed w/D-max &Allison tranny. Picked our 3295RK on June 17t. Went to NW Arkansas over the July 4th weekend, our first long trip. It pulled likea dream didn't notive much difference than pulling ou 26ft Prowler TT we traded.
Does take longer to get to interstate speed from a stand still but you won't get any better with a 3500 HD.
