Our 08 has a few bubbles here and there with them being more defined at one of the cross ribs. The tech and the owner of the dealership explained this was due to gas given off from the glue they use and it is quite normal. I have been keeping an eye on them and they haven't expanded any. I suppose here in Colorado at high altitudes we would have more of a problem with them.
