We had a problem with our antenna and called Wineguard direct.That just might be covered under warranty. Had a new antenna head in 3 days. Our sewer storage door flops open all the time. vey poor design on the latch not to mention Cost effective.Replaced it with a locking latch that will at least keep the door from falling open.
