Mine is not a Montana, and the ac is a Coleman, but my symptoms were so similar. When the interior trim was put in, they managed to shoot a brad thru the 7 wire ac cable and scraped off the insulation off 3 wires. Each move or even shift of the rv caused different wires to short causing different symptoms. Good luck.
