I have done this, well, a version of this for so many years I cannot count em.

I don't use the bag, but, the flipping from breast and back and breast and back, I do do.

I cook for 8 minutes per pound at 60 to 70 % power setting. I do have a turntable in the unit I use for this. I can cook up to about a 12 pound bird, which is enough for even 9 of us at the table on Turkey day.

I do finish mine off in the oven though, usually takes another hour or so.

Downside to my method, is I usually do not get enough drippings, etc. for a good gravy.
