We were there in June. We stayed the first week south of San Jose, and were not that pleased. Our second week we did at the KOA in Petaluma, and it was better. Good sized sites, fairly good amenities, good location to do the city, the wine country, or day trips along Hiway 1. We visited with our son in Emeryville, and also hit the city. Grocery, truck care, pharmacy all close by.
