we have always had extended warranties on our Montana's both of them. We also have the Ford ESP on both our Ford trucks. We now have the Good Sam's extended warranty and used it to replace two leaking holding tanks last summer with out a problem. It cost us 925.00 for a two year warranty and the bill for the tanks was 740.00. we have another two leaking tanks now and will use the warranty for replacement...again. For us it as paying a affordable yearly premium to protect against a large failure expense that we can not afford. Same as any Insurance policy.
