Do you have a code reader just in case there is a fault somewhere?
Otherwise:
Bad thermostat?
Bad temp sensor?
Faulty gauge?
Faulty fan motor or switch?
Something plugged in the radiator?
Still could be low coolant. Also check your oil to see if it's got any water in it. Heaven forbid you have a bad head gasket.
