We, along with Fire5er purchased the 3400RL together from Tacoma RV, LaDonna. The label issue was a stresser for all. LaDonna made the calls to Keystone and got the issue resolved and we had it put in writing to what will be done to correct the axle and GRVW tag, get a new tag from Keystone with the correct information. We did our PDI on Saturday and only had 3-4 very small items as Tacoma RV did a wonderful job. we left our unit as Keystone was closed and could not get the tag issue resolved. We reurned on Monday for Fire5er's PDI and to pick up our unit. Now, the fun begins in getting it ready for the first trip. We both have Ford F350 diesel 6.0 and were also very happy with the way our TV handled the job.
