I`m sure the factory dose this when putting the wheels on the new frame and instructs the delivery guy to do this to your trailer wheels when he`s on the road for the next 2000 miles to the dealer.
There is even a sign at all tire dealers to come back and have your wheels retorqued after a few miles.
How many people have done this.
