Hey all! The first event to attend this year will be the Meet n Greet. For those who are returning to attend this great gathering, welcome back!
This is an great opportunity to welcome newcomers and reconnect with friends.
For 1st timers... WELCOME! WELCOME! WELCOME!
In order for this event to happen we need volunteers! No, it won't take a lot of time... it's actually quite easy. All you need to do is set up (tables/chairs will already be set up). It's quick and easy. We just need to make sure there are plenty of flatware, naptkins, etc. for setup.
Just as important is clean up. Since
Tiara RV is providing box lunches for this event... most attendees will throw away their own trash but the tables need to be wiped down and any little leftover items (napkins, etc) disposed of. Chairs will need to be pushed back in as some may be sticking out a little.
Everyone... don't forget to bring your fave beverage for yourself.

So?!? How many can I count on? (that includes new comers... good way to meet people on a smaller scale).
