GFCI is definitely a strong possibility and the first place to look.

It is also possible you have lost one leg of the 50 amp power. The incoming 50 amp power of Montana's of that era were wired differently from later models. Someone (Carl maybe) posted a picture of one (2002 or 2003 as I remember) some time ago. If you are comfortable troubleshooting live 120 vac look for your main circuit breaker(s). If I remember correctly the one mentioned above actually had a 30 amp breaker and a 20 amp breaker, so technically it was not a full 50 amp service. And the one mentioned had burned wires in that breaker area.
