Bingo, there are many here towing similar Montanas with trucks similar to what you have. You should have no problem.
We have the same Montana as you and are very heavily loaded. Same axles as yours, too. We have the Reese 16k hitch. Your setup should work fine. You should have no trouble adjusting to get enough clearance. The six inches you quoted is a good guideline. We have about 7 1/2 inches clearance.
