Only relating to the 'quiet cool" featured AC's ... I may have my RV brands mixed up, but the mid year 2016's - current 2017's return grills in the ceiling are plastic with removable covers that hold the filter in place. No more removing screws as they just hold the base on, just bow the cover and it lifts off the base, filter and all. They can be had for about $15 each from the factory and have the same dimensions as the metal grills of discussion on this thread.
