My '17 Ram 2500 SWB 4x4 had a GVWR of 10,000 lbs - towed a '17 395RL, not heavily loaded. It was over weight when scaled out at the 2019 Rally by 1700 lbs ... My guess is when loaded the pin weight might be 1,000 lbs over the dry weight. As mentioned add weight of people, pets, stuff & fuel - IMHO 3/4 ton might easily be over weight . The dually is really VERY enjoyable in cross winds.
