Great idea!! May I suggest loud speakers at 3:00 am?
We are pet owners too, three dachshunds as a matter of fact, and do everything in our power to make sure no one 'suffers' from them. However it is easy to get them barking, so if you'd like to borrow them sometime for a little 'education and payback' let us know.
