Definitely throwing in a vote for Tucson. Great area. Wonderful weather. Monsoons are the only time you get any moisture. Definitely caters to RVs and retirees. Surprisingly, no one mentioned Ruidoso NM. Close enough to El Paso if you need to fly somewhere. Or ABQ. Great winter weather. Caters to RVs and visitors.
