Picked up the Montana Friday, Everything with the PDI went well. Great orientation to the Rig, even the Galley Graywater tank relese handle. Only problem was the top hinge of a pantry cabinet door was missing its screws. So far after a weekend in Vegas no other real problems. Picked it up at M.T.'s in Santa Fe Springs, The sale's people were very helpfull. With our out of state delivery they set it up to take it to Sam's Town for us and absorbed the difference between Stateline and their.
While waiting for the driver for the out of state delivery I saw why the service department was lacking, The volume of rigs coming in was trumendous. They have a service load that is unreal. I guess that goes with being a high volume dealer. Not really the place I would want to take my Montana for work, just based on the work load they have.
