Jim, congrats on the new Tana. What a way to start the holidays. Biggest problems, which were minor and easily fixed, when I got my Tana three months ago were loose water connections for the shower, and sink faucets. The rechargable flashlight didn't work, and the fireplace motor was not functioning. If you have a drawer underneath the frig, which could open into slideout, have them put a latchbolt on the drawer to secure it for travel. My dealer suggested it to me because of past probelms of that drawer coming out during travel, causing slideout damage. I also had them raise my dining table two inches so I wouldn't bang my knees when I sat down. It seems all the Keystone dealers are eager to make you happy, even if they don't sell Tanas. Good luck, and we know you are going to have a great holiday. We will look for the Tana with the big red bow around it.
