My floor was replaced in my unit after the kitchen slide took a bite out of it. The dealer that did mine did a great job, you can't tell it is not the original other than it is glued down now. I also put crazy carpets (the flat plastic sheets kids ride on in the snow) at each end of each slide now to protect the floor
