I'd have no concerns with them doing the repair. Once it's been acknowledged as a warranty issue, you can expect it to be fixed. Just document it in case there are problems down the road. I've had body work on my last Montana done by CW and it looked great. The only problem I've ever had was them not being able to duplicate something. This was back when there was little understanding about the crushed duct AC issue which wasn't CW's fault.
