All of these programs are good, but none is perfect. Remember, YOU are part of the system; if you open the door, through carelessness or inattention, none of these programs is going to save your bacon. ALWAYS keep ALL your software updated, ALWAYS use a router, and DON'T depend on an apple a day to keep your system in good health.
