What you just experienced at the Service Center is nothing new to many of us. In all my years on the MOC I doubt I ever heard two complaints about Daryl or the Keystone Customer Service Center. Everyone there is topnotch in their jobs and just because you didn't notice or report a problem does not have any bearing on the problem being fixed and they don't seem to care how it was created.
When I had my rig up there for a tank problem they even did a body repair to something that was quite obviously my fault.
Unless it is something that needs immediate attention, if I have any problems with my rig it goes to Goshen for repair.
