Carl, thanks so much! Of course, you were absolutely right! We were talking with friends while hooking up (first trip out since last June). And I just "spaced it" and hooked up to flush connection without thinking! But it's just kind of beyond me , of course, to make a stupid mistake like that! After all, I'm a retired Marine and have been RVing for 25 years! And leaving the sliding door closed is another matter entirely, so we just won't go there!
