I am the guy that called. AFAIK there are only two things behind the shower. The water line for the black tank flush system (it goes up to an anti-siphon valve and then down to the black tank) and the lines to the shower mixer valve.

My first inclination was the water was hooked to the flush system. But you say it isn't. Then I have to think the shower valve is involved. There is an access panel in the pantry on the kitchen side (remember to close the sliding door) that may give a view of what is going on. I doubt you can access the valve from the pantry without opening another hole. But you should be able to remove the shower valve from the shower side. Hopefully this will help find what is leaking.
