this Has been the SAME problem on ours.. The Cabinet Door opens. It is behind the Facia of the slide.. The Slide Grabs the Cupboard door and RIPS it off. At the same time the slide's frame is NOT heavy enough. Whoever thought of this design, Oh my... We had LATCHES installed on the doors.. So far so good...
