The peeling "pleather" furniture is a known, and long going, problem for Keystone and other RV makers. The covering is poorly constructed and adhesion to the fabric underneath just doesn't work. Lippert thinks Thomas Payne is the cat's meow...or used to. After their non stop failures, and refusal to try to remedy any situation, on this unit I was told the "new" Thomas Payne furniture had "all new" material that was configured and adhered in a new way that eliminated the past problems....AND if I purchased their "fabric protection policy" for $2395 it would be good for 5 years.....
