Although I haven't been able to get thru yet we will be there. That is if and when they ever return to the office to answer their phone to take our reservation.
I get the answering machine but I refuse to leave messages on a "business" machine during normal business hours.
I also refuse to use "voice mail" and don't even think about putting me on hold while you go get a cup of coffee.
When we had our motel the phone was always answered by a human being during normal business hours and in season normal business hours were 24 hours a day.
Call me old fashioned but that's the way to run your business, at least if you want my business it is.
