The cancellation policy is posted on the Forum under the "2022 Rally Registration is OPEN" topic. It is also detailed on the Cvent registration form that is filled out to register.
Here is the information:
The cut-off date for Rally registration is July 17, 2022 @ 11:59 pm.
Any cancellation prior to the cut-off date will be charged a $50.00 cancellation fee.
After the cut-off date, a partial refund will be considered only after the Rally has ended and all bills have been paid. Any refund considered at that time will have a $100.00 cancellation fee included.
