If so you are looking at the wrong one. Only one thermostat controls the furnace and that one will also show a furnace mode and if you have it a heat pump mode. Just be sure when you have it in furnace mode that you have the fan set to auto.

We have the 2016 3791RD and there is only one thermostat.
