Whatever Grill you choose, get a grill mat and cut it to fit. I leave mine a little long so the ends turn up to retain juices. Sauté vegetables while finishing meats; cook pancakes on your grill. Cleanup with brush and Simple Green. Rarely have to deep clean the portable gas grill.
