Boy am I sorry I started this topic. Just kidding. There certainly are a number of thoughts, solutions and alternatives. But it really does come back to the basic economics of supply and demand. No matter how much we conserve, the supply will be gobled up by some other country.
I guess the solution is to increase our own production and not export it out of the U.S. and than go fishing. Not necessarily in that order.
