Just how on earth do you lock an electrical cable to the ladder??
A set of bolt cutters and they cut the lock or the cable and most are not stupid enough to cut a live wire. If they were that stupid instead of a epidemic of copper wire thieves we'd have an epidemic of funerals and most of them in Potters Field.
